• You have not purchased a Company Profile or Directory Profile.
• Your Company Profile or Directory Profile has expired or you did not pay the Annual Renewal Fee.

• An incorrect e-mail address was entered.
• A misspelled e-mail address was entered. (Your e-mail address is "CaSe" sensitive).
• You sent a retrieval request by e-mail to ActiveSET.org.
• For security purposes retrieval requests cannot be processed by e-mail.

  YES. Both your Username & Password are "CaSe" sensitive.
  Example: if your password is "SPIDER48" and you log-in with "Spider48" your access will be declined.
  
  
  
• Why is access to the Secure Area restricted to Stack Testing Firms only?
  
  Because the complimentary services contained in the Secure Area are useful only to stack testing firms. The Secure Area contains the RFPs for stack testing services submitted through the ActiveSET.org RFP system, a free tool for industrial managers to obtain bids for stack testing services.
