all listing submissions to The National Directory of
Testing Firms to be mailed along with the company's letterhead

for the submission form, content, linked materials, and accuracy
of the advertising information submitted by you for publishing
on the Site. You agree not to submit material which infringes
on the rights of others or to submit material that in any
way is in violation of Emissions Schematics (the "Company").
The Site, including all of its contents, such as text, images,
graphics, and the HTML used to generate the pages, ("Materials"),
are protected by copyright under United States and/or foreign
laws. All Material is the property of the Company or its content
suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection,
arrangement and assembly) of all content on this Site is the
exclusive property of the Company and protected by United
States and/or foreign laws.
Because of the extremely large amount of advertising submissions
the Company receives, we can not return artwork. Refunds,
Cancellation and Credit for advertisement placement submissions
on the Site are not granted.

for Proposals
Proposals
are sent directly to the RFP submitting party from the testing
firms - there is no middle entity. For this reason, it is
important for the submitting party to include a correspondence
preference in the RFP file e.g. Mailing address, e-mail address,
or fax number. ActiveSET.org
can not return RFP files nor edit or alter the contents of
the RFP file once it has been submitted it to us.
ActiveSET.org will change
the status of RFPs from ACTIVE
to CLOSED if requested by e-mail, prior to the forty five
day posting period. Repeated
submissions of the same RFP will not be accepted. Please be
careful to submit accurate information. Because of the extremely
large amount of RFP submissions the Company receives, we can
not return submissions.
