The ActiveSET.org Free Logo Policy

Free logo preparation is a complimentary service for ActiveSET.org customers that have purchased a FEE BASED listing: Premium Listing, Company Profile or Directory Profile (Basic Listings do not include a logo). If you are not satisfied with the logo ActiveSET.org prepares for you, please have your graphic designer or local digital copy center prepare your logo using the ActiveSET.org Logo Format below.

How To Send Us Your Logo

When you place an order for a new listing you have the option of sending your logo to us or to have ActiveSET.org prepare it for you. Either way there is no cost for ActiveSET.org to prepare your logo if you have purchased a listing.

Option 1. ActiveSET.org can scan your logo right from your website then digitize and format it for you. Just select the "Scan Our Logo From Our Website" option on the order form and we do the rest.

Option 2. Send your company logo in digital format as a .gif or .jpg file on floppy disk, CD, or a hard copy logo such as your letterhead or business card (artwork cannot be returned). If you are sending your digital logo attached to e-mail please include your company name in the body of the message and address it to order@activeset.org. To send your artwork by postal mail address it to:

Choosing A Directory

There are two main Directories on ActiveSET.org:

1) Stack Testing Firm Directory
If your company offers stack testing services place your listing on this Directory Click Here

2) Services & Products Directory
If your company manufactures/sells/rents/repairs/installs air pollution testing equipment or related services (e.g. sample analyses, air pollution control equipment) select this Directory Click Here

What if our primary business is stack testing but we also rent/sell stack testing equipment?
Since your PRIMARY business is stack testing, order a Directory Profile then place a separate order for a
Premium Listing in the Services & Products Directory. You will then be listed on both Directories and can
enjoy the numerous benefits of having an ActiveSET.org Directory Profile at the same time.

A combined purchase of an ActiveSET.org Company Profile or Directory Profile with a Site Sponsorship offers the most reach you can get on ActiveSET.org. Your new listing will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for Site Sponsorships.

After your order for a new listing has been processed, your billing contact will receive a Placement Confirmation Message as a courtesy to let you know your order was placed exactly as specified. This message contains important information about your order. You should print a copy for your records.
